Our Coaching Principles

Our coaching workshops are designed around best thinking. The core content of these programmes is aligned to The Association of Coaching best practice guidelines. We use a wide range of references and mental models including GROW, as developed by Graham Alexander.

​All content is developed by our founder, International Coach Don Moore, in collaboration with a trusted team of subject matter experts.

One to One Coaching

In the spirit of minimising the impact of the Forgetting Curve (E Ebbinghaus), we support learners and coachees by giving them the option of in-person and/or virtual 1:1 telephone coaching sessions. The goal here is to help embed and accelerate learning in the context of our clients’ daily workflows.

Individual sessions and regular ‘hot reviews’ enable us to check in with delegates in a more personalised way, and address any challenges or concerns with greater focus.

Group Coaching

Our group coaching sessions are designed to help delegates leverage the untapped wisdom and experience of their peers, whilst still ensuring key objectives are met. Active social engagement within a group setting often leads to heightened awareness, enhanced productivity, and faster problem-solving - three traits that you’ll find in any successful leader.

Group meetings and workshops can take place online or in person.
